Memphis is a city in Shelby County, Tennessee, United States, located in the southwest corner of the state. At the confluence of Arkansas, Mississippi, & Tennessee, it is situated just on Chickasaw Bluffs just above Mississippi River. Memphis, Tennessee, is the state’s second-largest metropolitan region and the state’s most populated metropolis. Besides the Arkansas suburb of West Memphis, the major Memphis suburbs includes Arlington, Bartlett and Collierville in Tennessee ; Horn Lake, Olive Branch and Southaven in Mississippi, in addition to Germantown, Lakeland and Millington in Tennessee.
